2019 Ordering Information
Bonus Iris are 2019 introductions from Sutton’s and will be chosen according to availability.
- Order at least $50 of individual iris and you will receive one Bonus Iris
- Orders between $100 and $150 will receive two Bonus Irises
- Orders more than $150 you will receive three Bonus Irises; order $200 or more and you will receive four Bonus Iris.

All orders will be shipped in July or August 2019. If you have a preferred shipping date, please indicate on your order form. Shipments will be made by United Parcel Service except to areas where their use is not available. Please include your full street address and phone number. For a break down of shipping please refer to the "Shipping and Handling" link on the bottom of the page.
If you wish to pick up your order, you may omit the shipping and handling charge by selecting "customer pickup" during online check-out process. Please make sure you include your phone number in your account information so we can contact you when your order is ready. All orders must be picked up by September 13th 2019
We can only accept orders to the following countries on the website at this time:
- All of Europe
- Taiwan - Import Permit required
- South Korea - Import Permit required

We accept all major credit cards.
MINIMUM ORDER $100.00 (USD) plus shipping and handling. All international orders require a $68.00 documentation fee and a $30.00 handling fee, except Canada. Canadian orders have a Minimum order of $50.00 and $68 documentation fee and a $15.00 handling fee
Because yields can be unpredictable, we sometimes have fewer rhizomes than we anticipate. We will substitute irises of equal or greater value automatically unless otherwise indicated. We will be generous! If you would rather have a refund if we run out of a particular plant, please indicate your preference when you check out. It's best to order early to ensure you receive a popular iris.
Upon receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with its quality, please notify us right away. We will send out a replacement if available as soon as possible. If not available, we will either substitute another iris or refund your money. If any iris fails within the first month after planting, notify us by October 1st and we will replace it the following year, providing the variety is available. If not, a substitute variety will be sent the next year or we will refund. Please include varietal name and reason for the loss of the plant. We are not responsible for loss over winter due to harsh weather, soil conditions or pests or any other condition beyond our control.
Iris club orders
A 50% discount off the regular price will be given for irises introduced in 2015 and later. For orders of all other irises for your club’s public sale, at least five of a variety must be ordered to receive the 50% discount. Please call in or mail your order to receive the discount.
Sutton's Iris Garden has been state inspected thus assuring you of quality, disease-free plants. Our rhizomes are guaranteed true to varietal name as registered with the American Iris Society and are healthy at time of shipment. Upon receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your rhizomes please notify us right away. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible. If a replacement is not available we will either substitute a similar variety of equal or greater value or refund your money. In addition, if any iris fails within the first month after planting, please notify us by October 1st and we will replace your iris. It will be shipped the following year with your current order providing the variety is available. If it is not available a substitute variety of equal or greater value will be sent or we will refund your money. Please include varietal name and reason for the loss of plant.
